How do I register?
  • Click on Register (below the login form on the left hand side of the screen)
  • complete the online form and click on "Send Registration"
  • an automated response will be emailed to the email address you used in your submission
  • click on the activation link within the email or cut and paste the activation link in your browser's address field
  • your account is now activated and you can now login.
How do I add a listing?
  • Please make sure that you are a registered user (see above for steps)
  • use your username and password to login
  • on the left you will see a "User Menu"
  • click on "Add Listing"
  • complete the fields you would like to display
    click on "Send"
  • a new page will open up to indicate the total amount of not-for-free items you selected
  • our bank account details as well as a reference number are supplied as well
  • your listing will now be pending until the outstanding amount is paid.
How do I change or update my information?
  • Login with your username and password
  • click on "Directory" in the top menu or in the menu on the left
  • click on the letter of the alphabet that is the same as the first letter of your business name
  • you should now see your listing
  • click on the "Edit" button
  • you can now change or update the information.
I selected a number of not-for-free items. How do I know how much I should pay?
  • Once you have submitted your information a new page will open up to tell you how much is due
  • If you did not write the amount or banking details down then you can email

    for an invoice.
Do I have to use your reference number on my deposit slip?
  • The reference number helps us to find your payment. If you use the correct reference number then we will be able to get your listing online as soon as possible.
I forgot to use the reference number on my deposit slip. What do I do know?
  • Email us a copy of the deposit slip or send us proof of payment.
Is it possible to only have a free listing?
  • Yes, it is. You will see that most of the information requested on the submission screen is free. There will be no cost, unless you select some of the not-for-free items.
How do I add a photo to my listing?
  • You will see that there is a "Browse" button next to "Listing Picture"
  • click on the "Browse" button and find the correct picture on your computer
  • select the correct picture once you have found it
  • the website will automatically change the picture to the correct size.
  • the picture will automatically be uploaded once you click on "Send".
Why can't I see the changes I have made?
  • If you have selected not-for-free items then the changes will only appear after payment was received.
